Think of Astrid Lindgren’s characters, and visualize the beautiful Swedish houses as described in books, and shown on TV. Remember some lovely details such as the balcony or the semicircle windows on the top. Wouldn’t it be nice to share that? Icing on the cake, of course, is the roofed veranda in the foyer.

Gustav

This traditional construction goes back to the early 20th century. The house is centered by a large living area with open kitchen and home office. The dining area, located in the extension, is open towards the roof, and thus allows the mounting of a gallery in the attic. A light and cozy atmosphere is ensured by windows and dormers covering all points of the compass.

Lotta

This is a “classic” among the Swedish Houses; it may grow up almost anywhere due to its 1½-storied structure. On the top floor, two nurseries with lots of space invite your children to learn and play. A gallery leads to the balcony. On the ground floor, you may also combine kitchen and workroom into an open living-room.
